I guess furniture is what most would consider the pinnacle of green woodworking. It certainly takes the greatest amount of time to produce something that is recognisable as a chair. You spend a couple of days to produce what amounts to little more than a bundle of sticks! But once assembly starts you very quickly end up with something to take the weight off what will probably be by then very tired feet!
